01 Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise stated.

02 Nature of Services

HER LALA JAUNT provides faith-based wellness education, facilitated discussions, reflection activities, accountability, and community support.

HER LALA JAUNT is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

03 Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Treat others with dignity and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories shared during sessions.
• Participate in discussions respectfully.
• Accept responsibility for their own personal decisions and well-being.

04 Payments

Registration fees must be paid before participation unless other arrangements have been approved.

05 Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable once the cohort begins. Requests made before the program start date may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

06 Attendance

Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to receive the greatest benefit. Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

07 Intellectual Property

All curriculum, worksheets, presentations, videos, graphics, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of HER LALA JAUNT and may not be reproduced, recorded, distributed, or sold without written permission.

08 Limitation of Liability

Participants acknowledge that they voluntarily participate in HER LALA JAUNT and assume responsibility for their own actions.

HER LALA JAUNT and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.

09 Agreement

By registering for HER LALA JAUNT, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
